全自动流水线切机由输送皮带自动传送板材加工,批量
     切割生产,全配包含:自动上板、拍照、智能排版、智能切割、
     吹风、五轴自动卸板。可根据需求选配。

高效率:多个工序同步流水线式作业。除皮带传送的不到1分钟时间,其他可全程
      处于切割状态。相比传统切机,节省上板、量尺寸、输尺寸、排版、定位、下板、
      等近半的准备时间,大幅提高生产效率; 伺服驱动,切割速度更快、产能更高。

省人工:整线1个工人操作机台即可,可抵约3台桥切产能,既大幅降低人工成本,1个工人轻松完成高产能。

高出材率:刀路不一致时,自动吸板移位避让刀路安全距离,防止过切,提升出材率;最大化取材智能排版,提升出材率。减少废料。

安全性高:无需人工重体力劳动,自动上下板材,避免大板、厚板、裂纹板人工搬运的风险。

多功能:可切割各种异形,例如:马肚边、多边形、厨房台面、外圆桌面、内外弧、扇形等。 
省电:主电机和X、Y、Z轴传动均配有变频装置,更省电,相对传统切机,节省约50%电费。长期下来是一笔非常可观的金额。

高精度:永磁主电机,转速可0-6000转之间任意调整,根据不同的材料调整合适的的转速,达到最佳切割效果及速度。大理石、花岗石、 石英石、岩板、微晶石、瓷砖等各类板材均可切割。

无人化循环生产:若相同规格的大板,每张板材切割方案相同,可启用循环切割生产系统,无需人工干涉,流水线自动循环生产切割,极致化降低人工成本,高产能。


上板配置自动吸板模式,实现自动化上板,减少人工,效率更提高,安全性高。

采用意大利操作软件,智能化、功能强大,实现CAD图纸导入,按  照图纸样式加工,自动生成切割程序,配有自动排版功能,可有效  提升出材率。

●拍照功能可板材定位、可追纹排版、最大化取材排版,避开瑕疵取材等多个优势,提升板材出材率,将板材做出更高端的品质。
●专用的工业相机,对工作台面上的板材进行定位拍照。
●将需要加工的图形直接拖图到照片上进行排版,避开瑕疵、对纹、异形切割更便捷。
●21.5寸超大显示屏,文字、数据更方便浏览观看。电脑式操作模式,使用简单方便。

Full Automatic Pipeline Cutting Machine

The fully automatic pipeline cutting machine automatically conveys plates via a conveyor belt for processing and batch cutting production.

Standard configuration includes: automatic plate loading, photo scanning, intelligent layout, intelligent cutting, air blowing, and 5-axis automatic unloading. Custom configurations are available upon request.

High Efficiency

Multiple processes operate simultaneously in a production line. Except for the less than 1 minute required for belt conveying, the machine remains in cutting mode throughout the rest of the process.

Compared with traditional cutting machines, it saves nearly half the preparation time for plate loading, measuring, dimension input, layout, positioning, and unloading, greatly improving production efficiency.

Servo drive enables faster cutting speed and higher output.

Labor Saving

Only one worker is required to operate the entire line, with an output equivalent to approximately 3 bridge cutting machines.

This significantly reduces labor costs, allowing one worker to easily achieve high productivity.

High Material Yield

When tool paths conflict, the system automatically shifts the suction plate to maintain a safe distance from the tool path, preventing over-cutting and improving material yield.

Intelligent layout maximizes material utilization, increases yield, and reduces waste.

High Safety

No heavy manual labor is required. Automatic plate loading and unloading eliminate risks from manual handling of large, thick, or cracked plates.

Versatility

Capable of cutting various special shapes, including:

• Bullnose edges

• Kitchen countertops

• Fan shapes, etc.

Energy Saving

The main motor and X, Y, Z axis drives are equipped with inverters for higher energy efficiency.

Power consumption is reduced by approximately 50% compared with traditional cutting machines, resulting in considerable long-term cost savings.

High Precision

Permanent magnet main motor with adjustable speed from 0–6000 rpm.

The speed can be adjusted for different materials to achieve optimal cutting effect and speed.

Suitable for cutting marble, granite, quartz stone, sintered stone, microcrystalline stone, ceramic tiles, and various other plates.

Unmanned Circular Production

For large plates of the same specification with identical cutting plans, the circular cutting production system can be activated.

The production line runs automatically in cycles without manual intervention, minimizing labor costs and maximizing output.

The plate loading system is equipped with an automatic suction mode, realizing automated plate loading, reducing labor, improving efficiency, and enhancing safety.
