Full Automatic Pipeline Cutting Machine
The fully automatic pipeline cutting machine automatically conveys plates via a conveyor belt for processing and batch cutting production.
Standard configuration includes: automatic plate loading, photo scanning, intelligent layout, intelligent cutting, air blowing, and 5-axis automatic unloading. Custom configurations are available upon request.
High Efficiency
Multiple processes operate simultaneously in a production line. Except for the less than 1 minute required for belt conveying, the machine remains in cutting mode throughout the rest of the process.
Compared with traditional cutting machines, it saves nearly half the preparation time for plate loading, measuring, dimension input, layout, positioning, and unloading, greatly improving production efficiency.
Servo drive enables faster cutting speed and higher output.
