This is a full-automatic stone side processing equipment specially designed for stone processing factories. Equipped with 8 sets of independent polishing heads arranged in sequence, it can complete rough grinding, fine grinding and high-gloss polishing processes in one pass. The glossiness of processed stone sides is much higher than that of original stone surfaces.

The whole machine adopts intelligent PLC touch screen control, frequency conversion speed regulation and automatic grinding wheel compensation technology, supporting both continuous feeding and intermittent feeding modes.

Processing specifications: board width 100-3000mm, board thickness 10-80mm. It can process various edge profiles including semicircular edge, quarter round edge, French edge, double French edge, Roman special-shaped edge, etc., with maximum processing speed up to 4 meters per minute.
